The Orange County Regional Leadership Advisory Board (RLAB) is made up of dedicated leaders from across the region who are working together to create a more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive future for Orange County.
We focus on education, connection, and professional development, offering networking, leadership opportunities, and support for green building practices, including LEED training and resources.
By bringing the community together and sharing knowledge, we help drive real change and inspire action that moves Orange County toward a healthier, more sustainable built environment.
Leadership and Purpose
- Regional Leadership Advisory Boards (RLABs) are made up of passionate leaders who help create and advance sustainable, forward-thinking communities across California.
- Each RLAB focuses on local needs by creating programs or events that support their region. These efforts strengthen community connections, grow local networks, and make a real impact. RLABs build local capacity by developing an initiative (programs or events) that directly benefits members in the region and serves as an active pipeline for community engagement, network development, and impact.
- RLAB members develop ideas and projects that meet local community needs and support USGBC-CA’s mission. They guide and advise on regional advocacy efforts and offer input on state and federal policies.RLAB members are responsible for generating ideas and initiatives that address local community needs while aligning with USGBC-CA’s mission. RLABs will direct and advise on regional advocacy while providing feedback on statewide or federal policy.
