How do I renew my membership?

In your Member Dashboard, click “My Account” then “Memberships.” Click on “Renew” and input your information.

We have recently transitioned to a new membership system. If you have trouble renewing, your membership information may not have transferred to our new system. If this is the case, we recommend you purchase another year of membership on our website here.


Where can I find my member code for events?

Member codes for events can be found here on the Community Hub. Once you sign into your Member Dashboard, click on “Community Hub,” then “Browse” on the top bar, and lastly, “Member Codes for Events.”


I recently purchased a Bundled Membership. How do I add other members to my account?

Please email membership@usgbc-ca.org the list of people (and their emails) you would like to add to your Bundled Membership.


How do I change my contact information?

You can change your contact information under the “My Account” section in your Member Dashboard. Please note that your username – the email address used to create your account – cannot be changed. If you would like to use a different email for your USGBC-CA membership, we recommend contacting membership@usgbc-ca.org once your membership is set to expire.


How do I update my payment information?

USGBC-CA currently does not offer auto renewal on memberships. You can update your payment information when you manually renew your membership upon expiration.


What is the difference between the Member Dashboard and the Community Hub?

The Member Dashboard is a personalized home for your membership with USGBC-CA. In your Member Dashboard, you can find and edit the details of your USGBC-CA Membership. To navigate to the Member Dashboard, go to the USGBC-CA website, click on “Join Our Community,” and click “Member Login.” You will be directed to the dashboard once you sign in on the “Member Login” page.

The Community Hub is a digital forum for USGBC-CA members to connect and collaborate with one another. Here, you will find the community pages of our committees and regions, blogs and discussions, events, member codes for events, and more!

A basic profile will be created for you in the Community Hub based on your membership information. Additionally, you can add a photo to your Community Hub profile to make it easier for others to connect with you! To navigate to the Community Hub, sign into your Member Dashboard and click on “Community Hub” on the left side of the webpage.
