The USGBC-LA Women in Green Committee provides a forum for women and allies to make an impact in Los Angeles, build networks, celebrate female leaders, and create healthy, inclusive, sustainable, and resilient communities for all. We work to strengthen the message of equality to empower individuals of marginalized genders in the green building and sustainability sectors. Together, we look to embrace the values of caring for our community and the planet, as it is more valuable than ever before for the future for the next generations. We all have a role in reversing the negative impacts of global warming and our committee members highlight how their work as leaders in our communities will take us forward.
