About this event
Our Green Schools program is devoted to bringing the fundamentals of sustainability education to students and schools in our region at varying age levels through workshops, volunteers, and micro-grants to provide sustainable needs for campuses.
Talking to kids about climate change and sustainability is extremely important and we need your help to ensure that all students are inspired and encouraged by our sustainability workshops! Do you have an interest in or passion for mentoring and educating our future leaders and change-makers? If so, join us on January 17 to learn more about our Green Schools Committee, connect with other committee participants, and explore how you can become involved in this group to empower the next generation of sustainability leaders!
Food, refreshments, and parking will be provided to those attending in person! We will have a hybrid option for those who cannot attend in person and it will be the same Zoom link used for our monthly committee meetings.
