About this event
GPRO Operations & Maintenance Essentials (O&M) has been completely revamped to provide building professionals with strategies to improve efficiency, comfort, and health. Participants leave with at least three immediately actionable measures and the next steps needed to achieve them. GPRO O&M is ideal for property managers and building staff in multifamily residential and high-rise commercial buildings, including building superintendents, operators, facility and property managers, operating engineers, and stationary engineers.
This 8-hour standalone certificate course can meet the needs of your organization.

Registration includes a course e-book and an online exam. Students who pass the exam with an 80% or higher become GPRO Operations and Maintenance Certificate holders.
Please Note: This is a 2-day virtual training on 11/2/22 and 11/3/22 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm each day. Full attendance is required to be eligible for the exam. The sessions will not be recorded.

Meet the Presenter
Wayne Alldredge
LEED-AP, WELL-AP, CEM, CEA, CBCP, EBCP, CMVP, GGP, CalCTP-AT, HERS, ENV-SP
Wayne has been in the building industry since 1988 making buildings work better. He has worked in building automation, maintenance, operations, energy management, new construction, and Kaizen culture development for companies like Johnson Controls, ABM, Equity Office, General Electric, JLL, his own consultancy Improvement Facilitation, and is currently Director of Energy Services at VCA Green. He’s on the Board of Directors for an Educational Non-profit and donates time to clean-tech accelerators. He holds over 10 certifications and teaches GPRO Fundamentals, O&M, and Construction Management.
