Building Skills Partnership

Building Skills Partnership’s (BSP) mission is to empower property and airport service workers and their families to achieve personal and professional success through skills development, education, and community advancement.

Property service workers are janitors, security officers, maintenance and custodial workers, stadium, arena, and airport workers, and other workers who provide important services to the buildings of California.

Today, BSP represents a unique partnership between over 90 janitorial employers, over 60 commercial building owners, SEIU-USWW, and the broader community. With collaboration and a holistic approach to programming, BSP continues to strive to create an equitable future for working families to build a better life.

BSP offers career and education programs that enable workers’ personal and professional success. It is the policy of BSP to seek and employ qualified people and to provide equal employment opportunities.
