For more than 40 years, Bentley Mills, Inc. has defined design, color, quality, and customer service in the commercial carpet industry. Our California-based brand manufactures and markets award-winning broadloom, carpet tile, and area rug products for interiors across the globe. With luxury, timelessness and crafted quality at the forefront of our product design, Bentley is consistently recognized for leadership in design, performance, and customer service to the architecture and interior design community. And as California’s only commercial carpeting company, we’re committed to sustainable commerce and social responsibility. We continue to evolve our product lines to mirror our eco-conscious philosophy and achieve top industry certifications, including Cradle to Cradle and NSF® 140. We proudly operate in a LEED-EBOM® Gold carpet manufacturing facility, the same facility in which we began our journey in 1979.

Bentley Mills is proudly a Carbon Neutral Company. Manufactured in a LEED EB Gold building, our carpet is 100% PVC Free, with sustainability certifications, such as Cradle to Cradle, NSF 140, and Green Label Plus. Manufacturing in California challenges us in ways that suppliers based in other states can’t imagine. But that’s what makes us better, and we’re continuously improving our processes to exceed California regulations. During the last seven years, we have reduced our consumption of electricity by 34 percent, natural gas by 53 percent, and water by 68 percent, all while doubling our revenue and output. We continue to strive to improve by introducing renewable energy, bio-based material, and enhanced recycled content. Each project is designed to avoid chemicals of concern and reduce our carbon footprint, while striving to be a good partner to those most negatively impacted by emissions. After our hard work is complete, any remaining unabated carbon is offset by a third-party partner to insure we maintain technical integrity and full transparency.
