We’re Argento/Graham, a sustainability consulting firm based in downtown Los Angeles. Our mission is to make sustainable buildings easier to create and maintain—from the earliest design conversations to post-occupancy performance. We integrate environmental responsibility, occupant well-being, and cost efficiency into every project we touch, helping clients meet ambitious sustainability goals without slowing down their process.
Since 2015, our team of LEED-accredited professionals, licensed engineers, and seasoned project managers has worked across sectors like retail, hospitality, healthcare, higher ed, and multifamily housing. We offer a full suite of services—including LEED and WELL certification, energy modeling, building commissioning, Title 24 and CALGreen compliance, and more.
We’re a certified California Small Business, led by principals Anne Argento and Duke Graham. And while we bring decades of experience to every project, we keep things nimble, approachable, and hands-on. We solve problems before they become problems—and when you call, you’ll always hear from someone who knows your project.

A/G appreciates the flexibility that work-at-home provides to individuals while understanding that teams thrive in a more collaborative environment. We use a hybrid weekly schedule that reserves three days for working together in-person in our Downtown LA office and two for at-home work.
